Incrediwear offers FREE shipping for qualified orders over AED 500 within Abu Dhabi. The order subtotal must meet AED 500 after any applicable promotional discounts.

Shipping charges for orders below the free shipping threshold or to other locations within the UAE are as follows:

• New Al Falah, Shahama, Shamkha, MBZ City, Al Raha Beach, and Riyadh City: AED 20
• Dubai: AED 33.37

We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

ORDER CHANGES
Please note that order information can be changed within 1 hour on workdays.

If an order is placed before 5 PM, changes can be made until 9 AM the following business day.

If an order is placed on Friday after 5 PM, changes can be sent in until Monday at 9 AM.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and prepared within 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Our trusted delivery partners handle the shipping.

The estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days, depending on the delivery provider, demand, and other external factors. Delivery times may be extended by 1–2 days for remote areas. To avoid delays, please ensure your address is complete, including house number, postal code (if applicable), and a contact phone number for the courier.

All orders are shipped only upon receipt of payment.

DELAYS & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In rare cases, items may temporarily be out of stock, which could lead to a delay in delivery. If this occurs, our customer care team will contact you promptly to inform you. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if necessary.

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
Please inspect your goods upon receipt. If the package is damaged, notify the courier immediately, as they are responsible for delivering the goods in good condition. Additionally, please contact us through the contact form for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
